We offer a comprehensive support service 7/24. This can be for the installation and configuration of a new machine or the repair of an existing one.

We can start off with unbiased consultation on the requirements you have for your PC and progress this through to the installation and configuration. C.O.S.S. are not a dealer and therefore we have no aliance to any manufacturer.

If your machine needs upgrading or simply is running slow, we can look at and resolve your issues. No fix no fee.(*subject to conditions)

Additional applications loaded or advice on what application to purchase. Involve us and we will dispel all those worries.

 

 

* In the instance that a machine is not repairable or there is little likelihood of its repair being cost effective and this is determined within 1 hour, there will be no charge. Should the cusotmer request that work continue and the machine is repaired, the customer will be subject to the whole charge. Should the machine still prove to be beyond repair, partial payment will be required.
